Surprise CEO Change At Redbox Parent Sends Shares Tumbling — Shares of kiosk giant Outerwall are down more than 11.6% in pre-market trading after the company disclosed without explanation that J. Scott Di Valerio has resigned. Board member Nora Denzel will serve as interim CEO while the board searches for a long term replacement.
